This DVD was created by Kate - born of a daughter's desire to incorporate the healing and beneficial practices of yoga into her mother's treatment for breast cancer, this groundbreaking DVD incorporates poses, breathing and meditation to maximize healing and restoration. These poses can be done the privacy of your own home post surgery or during treatment when you just don't feel like travelling or want to be in a crowded yoga class.
