Really funny read September 6, 2010 Steve Toh Had fun reading this book. If you follow the twitter feed and liked it then you will love the book. It's a quick read, I read it in about 3 days, but I think that again makes it quite appealing as you can just pick it up if you have a couple of minutes to spare.
Look forward to the TV series :)
Easy to dip in & out whenever you have a spare moment. August 21, 2010 jonbirduk Turned out to be a very enjoyable book. I'd seen the tweets on Twitter. So, decided to buy it Friday morning. Finished it by Saturday evening. I found I would dip in & out whenever I had a spare moment (iPad, iPhone or iMac, whichever was at hand). I laughed a lot & cried twice - so will you! I thoroughly recommended it - & a good price too!
Much ado about not very much August 20, 2010 Tony Broomfield Not a bad book but certainly no classic. Better borrowed from the Library than bought.
I am not far from Justins dads age myself and can certainly identify with the humour and cheek stuffed full of tongue.
Laugh out loud stuff - brilliant! August 19, 2010 Katie H (Reading) I must be the only person not on Twitter, so hadn't heard of this before. I picked it up on a day out, and had finished it by the end of the two hour train journey home.
I loved it, and giggled my way through it, to the probable irritation of those around me. Not to be taken too seriously, but I don't think there is any pretence that it should be. I can't imagine anyone picking up a book with this title and expecting a work of literary brilliance.
I loved the family dynamics - touching and painfully real. It reminded me of the Osbornes at times..! Highly recommended.

It's hilarious and light hearted. You won't want to put it down and makes you pray for a another book that is just as funny!
