Very informative book on the diet which actually works if you keep to the guidelines. There are plenty of recipes to follow which helps in the initial stages of the diet.

A sort of healthier low carb, low fat diet. Many other people would be OK with it. It makes sense if you can stick to the different phases, but I found the first stage very restrictive. It's ok if you are not going out for a meal, or going on holiday within that time period. I went on the Atkins diet and managed to stay on that for a long time.

I like it very much, but the only thing was as soon as I bought this book I found I'm pregnant. And so far could'nt apply what he said. But after giving a birth and end of breast feeding period definetly I'll start this diet. And recommend to everyone I know.
