Ok so far. Checked with my doctor and she said it was fine to use them. Simple and easy to use. Had 3 weeks.

I think it shameful for the above company to have not made it very plainly visible in the product description against using this product if you have a prolapse.
The information given above has excluded the most important fact that it cannot be used by those who have vaginal prolapse.
The advise/warning/ or contra-indications, are not given in the leaflet provided until the very last item on the back page.
If you have a prolapse, you may not be able to use this product, consult your doctor.
INCIDENTALLY, I made a similar review when I bought this, and around 19 people found it helpful. On checking through I discovered that the review has mysteriously disappeared, alongside everyone else's review. It may be perfectly innocent, but I do think it was pertinent enough to be kept visible or least sufficiently important to be included in the product description.

Having had two kids and pelvis pain during and after the second pregnancy the physio recommended pelvic floor exercises amongst other exercises. Being busy with kids thought this would be easier as blurb said 20 mins a dayand woman on embarrasing bodies was using whilst doing chores. Unfortunately it is 20 mins standing in one place after getting the right size with the right number of weights, with 2 kids under 2 this is just not happening as the only time I get without running around after them is when they go to bed at night when I am too tired and they so not recommend exercising in the evening due to tired muscles.
I hope to be able to say one day yes this works but I think this is going to be shoved in a drawer for a while yet.

Wasn't sure that these would work, but they do. I used too much weight the first time and I couldn't sleep, my pelvic floor was aching so much. Would recommend them.
